Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gelato Pique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time Notice
Standard Processing Times: Our typical order processing time is 7-14 business days, excluding weekends, as our warehouse is closed on these days.
High Volume Notice: Please be aware that due to a recent surge in order volume, we are experiencing delays beyond our normal processing times.
Sale Period Processing Times: During sale periods, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be processed before shipment due to the increased volume of orders.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to prepare your order for shipment. Thank you for choosing Gelato Pique USA.
Store Pickup Policy
Holding Period: We hold store pickup orders for two weeks. If not picked up within this timeframe, the order will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellation and Refund: Unclaimed orders are cancelled after two weeks and refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 10-20 days to be processed and delivered. For domestic orders, we offer Next Day Air Shipping options at checkout. International shipping takes an estimated 15 -20 business days to be processed and delivered. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on weekends and holidays.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in the shipping process. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Gelato Pique does not ship to P.O. or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Gelato Pique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Gelato Pique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally at additional costs.
